The 2015 UNIST Commencement Ceremony held in Gymnasium at midday on Tuesday, February 24. This ceremony was open to families and the general public and included representatives of all degree recipients.
The ceremony featured the conferral of degrees, followed by the awarding of honorary degrees, greetings by University Officials and remarks by the honored guests, including Gi-Hyeon Kim, the Mayor of Ulsan City and Cha-Yol Koo, the Board Chair to celebrate this unforgettable exclamation point on graduates’ University career.
For all the UNIST graduating class of 2015, President Cho states, “Class of 2015, be proud of this moment. Today, you’re a step closer to your dream and will soon be reaping the fruits of your hard work.” He then adds, “Take the time to reflect on what you’ve done and relish in your accomplishment. Congratulations.”
