UNIST has recently received a significant donation of ebooks from IDC Asia Inc.
On September 3, the UNIST School of Business Administration, UNIST Library Team, and IDC Asia Inc. held a donation ceremony to commemorate and display gratitude for IDC Asia Inc.’s generous donation of ebook collection in the field of business administration.
The recently donated eBook collection consists of 960 ebooks, published by the Business Expert Press (BEP), and thus will be available free of charge to students and faculty members of UNIST for personal and educational use over the next year.
The ebook collection by BEP is known for its concise and applicable business administration-related technical texts, written by successful business leaders and entrepreneurs, as well as renowned professors. The collection has grown to hold over 960 pieces since 2010, and will include 30 additional publications by the end of 2020. These books are available via the e-book publishing platform ‘IG Library’ and the website of UNIST library.
Meanwhile, the donation ceremony has been attended by CEO Dongjo Kim and Director Taehyung Kim of of IDC Asia Inc., Dean Yong Rok Choi (School of Business Administration, UNIST), Professor Min Chung Kim (School of Business Administration, UNIST), Professor Young-Choon Kim (School of Business Administration, UNIST), Dean Hyoil Kim (Office of Academic Information Affairs, UNIST), Team Leader Jiyeon Kim (UNIST Library Team), and Team Leader RyoungEun Kim (Academic and Students Affairs Team, UNIST College of Engineering).
